2. Description of Service
DeskCloud provides AI-controlled virtual desktop environments and remote agent connectivity. We provide the infrastructure; you bring your own AI API keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
4. API Keys and Billing
You are responsible for your own API keys and their associated costs. DeskCloud charges only for infrastructure usage as described in our pricing.
5. Limitation of Liability
DeskCloud is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
